Price Check / IBX Quote enables the supplier to receive buyer enquiries/requests online and respond to them via electronic quotations, which can be converted into orders if accepted by the buyer.
Customized request forms are published and a short description about your company and your offerings can be added in the buyer search engine. These forms include both standard and customized fields to be completed by the buyer. Quotations are created in a web based tool provided by IBX platform.
When to use:
- When a dialog between the end user and supplier is required
- Example: services, consultants, R&D and highly configurable products, temporary labor and facility management
