How to join IBX Supplier Network
Capgemini's eProcurement system is built upon a closed-network (by invitation only) of suppliers that provide products and services to our customers. Capgemini is always striving to expand our product selection and encourages our buying customers to invite more suppliers and thereby make them available to their end users.
This section outlines the steps you need to take in order to be part of IBX Supplier Network.
The process is as follows;
- Start by ask your buyer to active you to the network. They need to provide us with a so called trigger file.
- When we have received the trigger file, a sale representative will contact you. All suppliers need to enter into an agreement with Capgemini.
- Once the agreement is signed and returned to Capgemini, Supplier Service will start the activation process.
The Agreement
All customers, both our buying and selling customers, needs to enter into a legally binding agreement with Capgemini. You should review the agreement completely with your attorneys. It is important that you make sure that you understand all terms and conditions, particularly all stipulations relating to the different Market Chanel packages.
Capgemini will offer to Seller the same or equivalent commercial terms as offered to other selling customers under the same or similar conditions.
IBX Market Channel
