IBX Call off Methods

Depending on your products and services, different call off methods may be more suitable than others. In order for you to maximize the benefit from e-procurement, Capgemini Procurement Services supports multiple call off options to expose products and offerings to buyers.

  • IBX Catalogue; an easy way to present your products and services to your buyer, may be standard or enhanced with e-forms
  • IBX External Webshop; a so called Punchout to your own webshop
  • IBX Price Check/Quote enables the supplier to receive buyer enquiries/requests online and respond to them via electronic quotations, which can be converted into orders if accepted by the buyer.

Open Marketplace

IBX Open Marketplace offers a possibility for you as a selling customer to market your products and services to buyers you currently don´t have an active relationship with. Open marketplace is a tool, where you can publish your catalogue and make it available to everyone who has access to the marketplace. This tool is currently only used by public sector customers in Norway.

Supplier View

IBX Supplier Views is a tool where you can view your catalogue as it appear to your buyer. This enables you to view and browse your catalogue in your customer’s end user interface and make appropriate changes and enhancements to increase opportunities for business.

IBX Content Workbench

IBX Content Workbench is a web-based application where you upload product catalogues to your customers. The solution provides instant validation reports and notification when the customer has approved and published the updated catalogue.

Training programs

Catalogue scorecards

Catalogue Scorecard combines a tool and a methodology developed by Capgemini Procurement Services to help you enhance the quality of your electronic catalogues. After the catalog has been published, Capgemini Procurement Services could use a scorecard to evaluate and provide recommendations on catalogue quality.

IBX Business intelligence

IBX Business intelligence is an advanced reporting tool that enables detailed follow-ups of sales made between you and your customer via IBX. A number of customizable reports show sales per buyer, per buyer unit, per product group, per calendar day/month etc. The reports can be exported to MS Excel or printed.
