With eInvoice your invoice management process becomes highly efficient. Straight through invoice registration, easier authorisation and improved document quality contribute to significant cost savings. Even archiving of invoices is improved since storing paper is superfluous, while the complete and original electronic invoice information will always be easily accessible.
With fully electronic invoices the quality of incoming invoices will improve, and reduce workload in exception management. Automatic format controls and content validations will filter and reject incomplete or unauthorised invoices.
IBX eInvoice allows suppliers to send 100 per cent of their invoices through the same channel, with only a limited technology investment. IBX eInvoice has multiple access alternatives to accommodate suppliers of all sizes and by utilising already existing infrastructure one installation reaches many buyers. IBX eInvoice is available on all markets.
